CLEANING PROCEDURE MAKE UP ROOM

1. Performance ( well grooming)
2. Preparing Trolley
==> check the wheels, dusting trolley, take the equipments and supplies to the trolley
3. Access to the romm
4. Knock the door 3x and say "HOUSEKEEPING MAKE UP SERVICE" or "HOUSEKEEPING"
5. Checking lamps, AC, Mini bar, Lost and Found, Damage report, etc
6. Inform to HK ( position, lost and found, and damage)
7. Stripping the rubbish, dirty linen, and room service (if any)
8. Making bed by SOP
9. Cleaning the bathroom
10. Dusting by clockwish / un clockwise
11. Replacing & Restocking all supplies
12. Sweeping and Mopping or Vacuuming
13. Rechecking all details
14. Deodorizing
15. Closing the door slowly
16. Storing all supplies, equipments to pantry or store
17. Dusting the trolley
18. Reporting ( fill roomboy control sheet, lost and found, work order)
